EverLine Coatings is looking for a driven Pavement Maintenance Technician who takes pride in physical work, high production standards, and delivering visible results.

This is not a sit-and-watch role.

You will operate specialized equipment, apply materials, work outdoors in fast-paced environments, and help deliver high-quality pavement maintenance projects across commercial and residential properties. If you like working with your hands, seeing the results of your effort immediately, and being part of a team that moves with urgency — this role is for you.

*What You’ll Own*

– Field Execution

– Operate equipment to perform:

* Line painting
* Asphalt crack filling
* Sealcoating
* Power washing
* Epoxy flooring
* Surface preparation and minor repairs

– Maintain clean, professional job sites
– Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship
– Work efficiently without sacrificing standards

*Production & Efficiency*

– Load and prepare materials and equipment daily
– Set up and tear down job sites properly
– Support crew production targets
– Minimize waste and protect margins
– Adapt quickly to changing site conditions

*Safety & Accountability*

– Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment
– Follow all company and site safety procedures
– Communicate daily job progress to the Operations Supervisor
– Take ownership of equipment care and cleanliness
– Represent EverLine professionally on every job site

*What You Bring*

_Required_

– G Class driver’s license with clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required)
– Reliable transportation
– Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
– Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
– Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as required
– Strong work ethic and punctuality
– Ability to work independently without constant supervision

*Assets*

– Experience in construction or trades
– Experience operating small engines (blowers, line stripers, sealcoat units, etc.)
– Experience towing a dual-axle trailer
– Safety certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid, etc.)
– Engineering or technical background
