Painting and Epoxy Installer

*Job Summary:*
Elite Brush Co. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Painting & Epoxy Installers. No extensive experience is required — we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You’ll assist with residential painting and epoxy flooring projects, gaining hands-on experience in surface prep, painting, and epoxy application.

*Key Duties:*

* Prepare surfaces and assist with residential painting (brush, roller, or spray)
* Help grind, prep, and install epoxy flooring, including flake systems
* Learn proper finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results
* Maintain clean and safe workspaces
* Work alongside experienced team members and learn on the job

Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour
