Experienced Concrete Repair/Finisher

*Overview*
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Repair/finsiherto join our restoration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results on various projects. this includes : epoxy coatings, overlays, foundation Parging/repair and general concrete repairs. This role requires a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques, as well as familiarity with related construction skills. Candidates should be committed to safety, craftsmanship, and timely project completion.

*Duties*

* Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
* Operate small and medium size eayipment equipment such as grinders, powerwashers, vacuum systems, generators and mixers to facilitate efficient concrete coating completio .
* Install rebar and formwork as needed to facilitate repairs.
* Perform masonry work, including caulking, restoration, and renovation tasks related to concrete structures.
* Cut, shape, and install concrete forms; ensure proper alignment and stability for pouring operations.
* Conduct quality inspections of finished surfaces; address imperfections through grinding or patching as needed.
* Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely.

*Skills*

* Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating power tools and heavy equipment safely.
* Expertise in rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry, and flooring installation.
* Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, floats, edgers, and screeds; experience with power tools including mixers and grinders.
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately for precise execution of tasks.
* Strong understanding of construction processes including renovation and restoration projects.
* Experience with caulking techniques for sealing joints or cracks in concrete surfaces.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physically fit for demanding tasks on-site.
* Familiarity with schematics related to concrete layout and reinforcement plans.
