Since 2008, we have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and long-term client relationships in both the private and public sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced *Senior Estimator / Project Manager* to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth and success of our operations.

*Position Overview*

The Senior Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate residential, commercial, and municipal project estimates, managing awarded contracts, coordinating crews and materials, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and municipal asphalt, concrete, line painting, and epoxy flooring projects
* Conduct on-site visits for residential driveway and small-scale project estimates
* Meet with homeowners and clients to assess project scope and requirements
* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
* Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
* Submit bids and manage tender documentation
* Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and execution
* Attend project and client meetings as required
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle

*Qualifications*

* Experience in estimating and/or project management within the paving, construction, or civil industry
* Strong knowledge of asphalt and/or concrete construction practices
* Experience with take-off and estimating software
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Experience preparing residential project estimates and working directly with homeowners
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Valid G driver’s license

*Assets (Preferred)*

* Experience working with municipal tenders and contracts
* Knowledge of asphalt, concrete, line painting and epoxy flooring systems
* Familiarity with project management software
