Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Floor Coating Sales Representative to grow our client base and support contractors, builders, and project managers with high-performance flooring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop relationships with contractors and construction professionals
• Promote floor coating products and systems to potential clients
• Assess project needs and recommend suitable coating solutions
• Prepare quotes, follow up on sales opportunities, and close deals
• Conduct site visits and product presentations
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with the operations team
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Requirements

• Sales experience in construction, building materials, or related industry preferred
• Knowledge of floor coatings or concrete products is an asset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
