Operations Coordinator / Project Manager

Zone Garage Fraser Valley – Abbotsford, BC

Full-Time | from $23/hour (depends on experience) + Performance Bonuses

Zone Garage Fraser Valley is scaling quickly and building a structured, system-driven operation in the concrete coatings space.

Your Role

You will act as the operational backbone of the company.

Core Responsibilities

• Own scheduling of all jobs, crews, and timelines
• Coordinate installers and ensure jobs stay on track
• Communicate with clients (pre-job, during, and post-job)
• Manage invoicing, A/R follow-up, and job costing
• Oversee materials, ordering, and inventory flow
• Handle documentation and project files

High-Level Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and improve systems
• Build structure into how jobs are tracked and executed
• Help implement and optimize CRM usage (Zoho or similar)
• Work directly with ownership on scaling operations

• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a trades/construction environment
• 2-5+ years in operations, project coordination, or admin leadership
• Experience with QuickBooks, CRMs, or scheduling systems

Compensation

• From $23/hour (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses tied to company performance
