Greer Contracting Ltd. is a leading provider of below-grade waterproofing solutions in British Columbia, servicing Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, the Sunshine Coast, and the Interior.

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Waterproofing Installers to join our growing team. This role involves preparing structural surfaces, applying waterproofing and damp-proofing systems, and assisting in the installation of specialized products across commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete and masonry surfaces for waterproofing applications
• Apply waterproof membranes
• Install vehicular traffic coatings in parkades, balconies, and decks
• Install and repair sheet membrane systems and flashings
• Safely operate hand and power tools required for waterproofing and roofing tasks
• Work with site supervisors to review drawings, organize materials, and maintain equipment
• Train and support apprentices and helpers
• Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a positive site culture

Qualifications

• 5 years prior waterproofing experience
• Experience applying 2-ply Torch-on and/or Hot Rubber
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working at heights
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
• Valid driver’s license an asset
