Concrete Repair Technician

Gator Construction is your industry leader in concrete restoration and ultra-high performance commercial and industrial concrete coatings. We are a private owned company based out of Calgary Alberta with locations in Red Deer, Edmonton and Winnipeg.

We’re currently looking for concrete repair technician, with experience in:

– Concrete repair
– Concrete demolition
– Concrete placement and finishing
– Formwork / carpentry
– Rebar replacement
– Concrete coating
– Traffic Membranes
– Waterproofing (Crystaline grout waterproofing, carbon fibre wraps and crack locking, epoxy and polyurethane injections, below grade waterproofing)
– Sandblasting

Requirements:

– Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
– 1-5+ years of prior construction experience
– Steel-toed safety boots and General standard PPE Required
– Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, ability to lift over 50 lbs continuously
– Working with others, problem solving, decision making, job task planning and organizing a must
– Comfortable working at heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems
– Must have a driver’s licence and reliable transportation
– ICRI Concrete Repair Technician Course an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
