Pay: $23.25-$33.00 per hour

Garage Floors 4 Less is a leader in high-quality, no-peel 4-layer garage floor coatings. We are expanding and looking for a sharp, reliable, and hardworking Garage Floor Technician to join our elite team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Mixing and applying polyaspartic coatings and flake for flawless finishes

– Working in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment

– Teaching and training upcoming Epoxy Floor Technicians

– Providing top-tier customer service and job site cleanliness

– Surface preparation: grinding, patching, and cleaning concrete floors

– Operate grinders, vacuums, and other application equipment

– Maintain high-quality work and customer satisfaction

Who We Want:

– Positive, punctual, hardworking individuals with a willingness to learn

– Strong leaders that can supervise and run a crew of people

– Experience in coatings, painting, or construction is a plus and highly desirable

– Strong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructions

– High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

– Comfortable with physical labor (ability to lift 50+ lbs and on your feet all day)

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (clean driver’s abstract required)

– Comfortable using hand and power tools

Requirements:

– Epoxy: 3 years (required)

– Driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract (required)
