Cérapoxy: Practical Epoxy Flooring Workshop – Québec City, QC – Nov 6, 2026

Cérapoxy is hosting a hands-on, one-day practical training on a real job-site training ground in Québec City this November. Held November 6, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, the workshop teaches attendees how to install a complete flake and metallic epoxy floor system on an actual job site rather than a classroom mock-up. Participants help install a real floor of at least 200 square feet over the course of the day.

The morning covers safety guidelines, surface preparation for concrete and other substrates, and grinder demonstrations, followed by hands-on practice applying the base coat and flake broadcast, plus an introduction to metallic epoxy application. After a provided lunch, the afternoon dives into the properties of epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, surface prep tools and techniques, and the different epoxy floor finishes (metallic, quartz, flake, and solid color), finishing with hands-on practice applying the topcoat.

This workshop suits contractors and members of the public with no prior experience — all tools (grinders, brushes, gloves, rollers, mixers) and materials (resin, hardener, pigments, flakes) are provided during the hands-on portions. Attendees should wear clothes they don’t mind getting stained and bring steel-toe boots.
