We are hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. This role involves a wide variety of projects including residential driveways, patios, decorative stamped/exposed aggregate finishes, and small-to-medium commercial flatwork. We work on everything from custom homes to architectural concrete features and community projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled in residential finishing: sidewalks, driveways, patios, slabs, and architectural concrete
• Proficient with decorative concrete (stamped, exposed aggregate, colored finishes)
• Capable of forming, pouring, screeding, and finishing all types of projects
• Experience operating a power trowel
• Can work independently or in a small crew with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic

Other Beneficial Skills

• Setting grades & residential forms
• Surface drain & drain tile installation
• Epoxy/polyurethane coatings
• Concrete patching & repair
• Waterproofing & small-scale demolition

Requirements

• Own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Concrete finishing: 2 years (required)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30-60 per week
