We are expanding and looking for a *sharp, reliable, and hardworking Garage Floor Technician* to join our elite team. *What You’ll Be Doing:*

* Mixing and Applying polyaspartic coatings & flake for flawless finishes
* Working in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
* Teaching and Training upcoming Epoxy Floor Technicians.
* Providing top-tier customer service and job site cleanliness
* Surface preparation: grinding, patching, and cleaning concrete floors
* Operate grinders, vacuums, and other application equipment
* Maintain high-quality work & customer satisfaction

*Who We Want:*

* Positive, punctual, hardworking individuals with a willingness to learn
* Strong leaders that can supervise and run a crew of people.
* Experience in coatings, painting, or construction is a plus and highly desirable
* Strong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructions
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Comfortable with physical labor. (Ability to lift 50+ lbs & on your feet all day)
* Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (Clean Driver’s abstract required)
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
* Comfortable using hand and power tools
