While training may be available for candidates with strong related experience, *this position requires 5–10 years of hands-on experience in epoxy flooring installation*.

*Preferred Qualifications*

* *5–10 years of epoxy flooring installation experience (required)*
* Background in construction or related trades
* Valid *G2 or G driver’s license*
* *Vehicle ownership (mandatory)*
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong work ethic and willingness to travel as required

*Location*

* Kingston and surrounding areas
* Some travel required

*Job Details*

* *Job Type:* Casual, with potential for full-time hours (may change monthly)
* *Schedule:*
* Variable hours
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends (as needed)
* Holidays (as needed)
* *Salary:* TBD (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
* Epoxy Flooring Installation: 1 year (preferred)
* Concrete finishing: 1 year (preferred)
