Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable individual who takes pride in quality work. This role is ideal for someone experienced with hand tools, who works well independently, is self-motivated, and pays attention to detail. You should be confident in your abilities, reliable on job sites, and able to take direction while contributing to a smooth, efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep, grind, and apply various concrete coatings (epoxy, polyaspartic, etc.)
• Work in a small team and take direction as well as work independently
• Ensure a clean, professional finish with attention to detail
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and other coating equipment
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
• Travel to job sites in and around Edmonton area

Requirements:

• Comfortable with use of hand tools and ability to lift up to 50lb
• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
