Floor Coating Installer – Full-Time – Edmonton, AB

Whitcrete Coatings Ltd is a locally-owned company in Edmonton specializing in premium concrete floor coatings, polishing, and surface preparation. Projects range from custom residential garage floors to high-traffic commercial spaces, using top-quality materials including epoxy, polyaspartics, urethanes, and resins.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prep, grind, and apply various concrete coatings (epoxy, polyaspartic, etc.)
– Work in a small team and independently as needed
– Ensure a clean, professional finish with attention to detail
– Operate hand tools, grinders, and other coating equipment
– Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
– Travel to job sites in and around Edmonton

Requirements:
– Comfortable with hand tools, ability to lift up to 50 lbs
– Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
– Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious

Pay: $22-$40 an hour depending on experience. Subcontractor opportunities available for qualified trades.
