Job Overview

We are currently hiring for a Helper position, with the opportunity to step into a Lead Hand role for candidates with proven leadership and advanced experience in concrete/flooring work. You’ll assist (or lead) on-site with surface preparation, grinding, tool operation, coating application, and cleanup on residential and commercial projects across Calgary and nearby areas.

Required Qualifications (Mandatory):

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (full G or equivalent) and reliable personal transportation
• Hands-on proficiency with power tools, especially concrete grinders, diamond tooling, sanders, and other construction equipment
• Physical ability to perform demanding labour, including heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various environments
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to take direction in a small-team setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in concrete preparation, epoxy/polyaspartic flooring installation, construction labour, or related trades
• For Lead Hand consideration: Prior experience supervising small crews, managing job tasks, and ensuring high-quality results
• Experience towing trailers or driving work trucks (an asset)
