Helper / Lead Hand – Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Coatings – Calgary, AB

We are hiring for a Helper position, with the opportunity to step into a Lead Hand role for candidates with proven leadership and advanced experience in concrete/flooring work.

Required Qualifications:
– Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
– Hands-on proficiency with power tools including concrete grinders and diamond tooling
– Physical ability to perform demanding labour
– Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to take direction

Preferred:
– 1+ years of experience in concrete preparation, epoxy/polyaspartic flooring, or related trades
– For Lead Hand: prior experience supervising small crews

Pay: From $20/hr, with room for increase based on skills and performance
Expected hours: 30-44 per week
