Industrial Epoxy Flooring Installer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced epoxy flooring Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing various types of epoxy and urethane flooring materials according to specifications and industry standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

– Use power tools and equipment to prepare concrete surfaces including grinders, shotblasters, etc.
– Properly mix and apply coating systems in accordance with specifications and installation instructions.
– Must be able to travel to remote locations outside of Winnipeg for 7-10 days for work.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience with epoxy flooring systems
– Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials
– Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade
– Ability to read blueprints and follow installation instructions
– Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
– Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
– Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team

*Rate of pay will be based on proven experience*

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
