Lead Hand / Hands on Foreman, Experience In Concrete Repair and Coatings

GCD Construction Ltd is a Calgary based company, that has projects in both Alberta and B.C. GCD specializes in providing premium services with a skilled and professional team. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team.

• Concrete repair and coating positions are required, training will be provided
• Opportunities to advance within the company

Duties

• This is a full time, year round role, with possible out of town work
• The position involves concrete repair and coatings, with a high focus on shotblasting, grinding, and patching
• Use of professional-grade tools and equipment (floor grinders, vacuums, etc.)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing strenuous outdoor work throughout a 8-10 hour shift

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, problem solving
• Must be comfortable around power tools and concrete grinders
• Safety tickets and certifications preferred (First Aid, Swing Stage, Fall Protection, CSTS-2020, WHMIS)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
