We are a growing, well-equipped company seeking a dependable Multi-Trade Technician looking for long-term career growth within a professional environment.

Role Overview

This position supports both our facilities maintenance and epoxy flooring divisions. Work varies between commercial repairs, installations, and specialized concrete preparation and floor coating projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in workmanship, and wants to develop advanced trade skills.

Primary Responsibilities

* Concrete grinding and floor surface preparation
* Assist with epoxy and resinous flooring installations
* Commercial maintenance and repair work
* Drywall, painting, carpentry, and finishing tasks
* Fixture, hardware, and installation work
* Job site setup, protection, and cleanup
* Safe operation of professional tools and equipment
* Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction on job sites

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Applicants Must Meet ALL)

✅ Valid Ontario Full G Driver’s License

✅ Clean driving record and insurable under company policy

✅ Ability to pass a background check (commercial client requirement)

✅ Legally eligible to work in Canada

✅ Physically capable of active job-site work

✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Vehicle & Driving Requirements

* Must be comfortable and confident driving larger commercial vehicles, including:

* Ford F-550 cube van
* Ford Transit 350 dually

*

* Ability to safely maneuver vehicles in urban and commercial environments
* Must be willing and able to tow and operate trailers when required
* Experience driving work trucks or towing equipment is a strong asset

Scheduling Requirements

* Primarily Monday–Friday daytime work
* Must be available for occasional evening, night shift, and weekend work as required by commercial client schedules (not frequent but required when needed)

Preferred Experience

* Handyman or facilities maintenance
* Construction or skilled labour background
* Concrete grinding or epoxy flooring experience
* Commercial service work
* Welding or fabrication skills (asset)
* Working at Heights certification (asset)
