*Industrial Floor Systems* is seeking a *Project Coordinator* to join our team for *Eastern Canada*. As a national contractor specializing in concrete polishing, restoration, and epoxy flooring for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects, we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to support our Operation Managers in executing a variety of exciting and fast-paced projects. *Industrial Floor Systems* a National Contractor specializing in concrete polishing, restoration, and epoxy flooring for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and institutional projects is seeking a *Project Coordinator.* As a leading contractor in our industry, we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to work in our Barrie Office supporting our Operation Managers in managing a variety of exciting projects and challenges. These challenges include but are not limited to:
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist in scheduling staff and tracking project progress, ensuring smooth operations and accurate payroll.
* Coordinate the delivery and pickup of rental equipment, tools, and supplies for job sites.
* Create detailed Work Orders, including drawings, budgets, scope of work, and specifications for staff.
* Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new field members to ensure continued growth.
* Assist with job planning, resource allocation, and communication between teams
* Work closely with Operations Managers to address project challenges and keep everything on track
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project flow
* Assist in Shop operations to ensure inventory is organized and stocked

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
