What You’ll Do

• Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and vacuums prior to coating application
• Apply flake and quartz epoxy systems to residential and commercial floors
• Work as part of a crew of 2–4 to deliver professional, high-quality finishes
• Follow a clear, proven installation process from surface prep through final coat
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment on-site
• Represent Diamond Driveways with professionalism on every job

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Have hands-on experience in a trade or labour-based role (construction, flooring, painting, concrete, etc.)
• Are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods — lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day
• Are punctual, dependable, and take direction well while contributing to a team
• Can adapt quickly to on-site conditions and take ownership of their work
• Take pride in a clean, precise finish and understand that details matter
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

Pay & Perks

• Seasonal full-time hours from April through November
