Epoxy Floor Installer

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our dynamic construction team.

Minimum 3 years of experience installing epoxy or resinous flooring systems. Experience with surface preparation, grinding, crack repair, and epoxy floor installation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must provide references from previous employers. Valid driver’s licence is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings
• Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications
• Apply epoxy flooring using hand tools such as trowels, rollers, and squeegees to achieve smooth, even finishes
• Follow blueprints and project plans to meet specific design requirements and dimensions
• Ensure proper curing times and conditions for optimal durability of the finished floor
• Maintain a clean work environment by clearing debris and organizing tools throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools used in flooring installation and surface preparation
• Construction experience with a focus on flooring or surface finishing projects
• Knowledge of flooring installation techniques, including tile laying and epoxy application methods
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44.0 per week
