Lead Garage Transformation Specialist

Garage Floors 4 Less is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead Epoxy Floor Technician who knows how to produce high-quality work and lead from the front.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who already understands concrete preparation, grinding, crack repair, epoxy systems, polyaspartic coatings, flake systems, mixing, application, cleanup, and jobsite quality control.

What you’ll do:

• Lead residential and commercial floor coating installations
• Prepare concrete using grinders and dust-control equipment
• Repair cracks, pits, and damaged concrete
• Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coating systems
• Install decorative flake systems
• Lead and train junior technicians
• Complete jobsite quality-control checks

What we’re looking for:

• Previous epoxy, resinous flooring, concrete coating, or similar installation experience
• Strong concrete preparation skills and experience using grinders and surface-preparation equipment
• Ability to lead a small crew
• Valid driver’s licence

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
