Traffic Coating Installer

Position Summary: We are seeking qualified Traffic Coating Installers to join our growing team. This role involves preparing surfaces and installing 1 and 2 component polyurethane traffic coatings. This role will also be responsible for leading a team of workers on site, providing quality control for all installations and mentoring junior workers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare wood, concrete and masonry surfaces for coating applications.
– Install vehicular traffic coatings in parkades, balconies, and eyebrows.
– Install metal flashings as required.
– Safely operate hand and power tools as required.
– Work with site supervisors to review drawings, organize materials, and maintain equipment.
– Train and support apprentices and helpers.
– Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a positive site culture.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years direct experience installing traffic coatings.
– Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, working at heights, and performing labour-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
– Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
– Valid driver’s license is an asset.
