Full-time | Monday-Friday + occasional Saturdays | Local work only, home every night | One position available

We’re looking for one hardworking Crew Helper to join our installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, wants to learn a specialized trade, and takes pride in producing high quality work. Previous epoxy experience is an asset, but it is not required. We’ll teach the right person our systems from the ground up.

We install premium epoxy and polyaspartic concrete coating systems for homeowners throughout Kelowna and the Okanagan. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and treating every customer’s home with respect.

What you’ll be doing:
– Preparing concrete through grinding and surface cleaning
– Assisting with crack repairs and concrete preparation
– Mixing materials and preparing products for application
– Broadcasting decorative flake systems
– Scraping, vacuuming, masking, and site preparation
– Cleaning and organizing tools and equipment throughout the day
– Loading and unloading materials
– Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
– Communicating professionally with homeowners when required

– Is physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on their feet all day
– Has a valid Canadian driver’s license (preferred)
– Is legally eligible to work in Canada
