Floor Coating Technician

Royal Coatings is hiring a Floor Coating Technician in Ottawa, ON. Pay is CAD27 to CAD40 per hour depending on experience, with a clear path from part-time to full-time as the crew grows. You will grind concrete, apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, and turn bare garages and warehouses into floors that last.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Arrive on site by 7:30 to 8am and work alongside one or two crew members and the site lead.
• Diamond grind concrete floors to prep the surface.
• Patch cracks and imperfections before coating.
• Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings.
• Broadcast decorative flake or quartz into wet coatings.
• Clean and load equipment at the end of the day.
