Epoxy Flooring Installer

Applied Industrial Flooring is a trusted Canadian contractor with nearly 50 years of experience specializing in epoxy flooring, polymer coatings, concrete restoration, and polished concrete systems for commercial and industrial facilities across Canada. We are seeking an experienced Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, and repairs
• Install epoxy, urethane cement, polyaspartic, polyurethane, and other resinous flooring systems
• Apply primers, base coats, decorative finishes, and topcoats according to specifications
• Measure, mix, and apply flooring materials while maintaining quality standards
• Operate flooring equipment and power tools safely
• Read and follow project specifications, drawings, and installation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Travel to job sites throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
• Follow all company Health and Safety policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience installing epoxy or resinous flooring systems
• Experience with concrete preparation equipment and flooring installation tools
• Knowledge of industrial and commercial flooring applications
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift materials
• Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and out-of-town projects
