Les idées d’Époxy: Formation Plancher de Flakes – Montréal, QC – Oct 20, 2026

Les idées d’Époxy is hosting a hands-on Flake Floor Training (Formation Plancher de Flakes) at its Montréal store on October 20, 2026. This evening workshop teaches the full decorative flake epoxy system, the go-to finish for garages, basements, shops and commercial spaces thanks to its durability, texture and slip resistance.

The course is designed for people who want to start an epoxy installation business, train a new employee for their company, or do their own floor properly the first time. Les idées d’Époxy has trained dozens of installers and advised hundreds of customers, and each session is kept small so everyone gets real practice time.

During the workshop, participants build a floor of at least 10′ x 10′ with the help of an experienced trainer. You will learn:
– How to assess and prepare a concrete surface
– Choosing the right primer, base coat and flake blend
– Proper mixing and working times for epoxy products
– Broadcasting flakes for full, even coverage
– Scraping, cleaning up and applying the protective topcoat
– Common mistakes to avoid on real job sites

Every registration includes a $100 in-store credit toward products at Les idées d’Époxy, an official Labsurface distributor with locations across Quebec.
