Les idées d’Époxy: Formation Plancher de Flakes – Sherbrooke, QC – Nov 25, 2026

Les idées d’Époxy is holding a hands-on Flake Floor Training (Formation Plancher de Flakes) at its Sherbrooke store on November 25, 2026. The evening workshop covers the complete decorative flake epoxy system, a durable, textured and easy-to-maintain finish that is a top seller for garages, basements, workshops and commercial floors.

This course is built for future epoxy installers, contractors who need to train new staff, and do-it-yourselfers who want professional results. Classes are kept small, and everyone works directly on the floor with an experienced trainer instead of just watching a demo.

Participants complete a flake floor of at least 10′ x 10′ during the session. You will learn:
– Surface assessment and concrete preparation
– Choosing primers, base coats and flake color blends
– Correct mixing, pot life and application of epoxy
– Broadcasting flakes to full rejection for an even finish
– Scraping, vacuuming and sealing with a clear topcoat
– Practical tips to avoid the most common installation problems

Each registration includes a $100 in-store credit at Les idées d’Époxy, an official Labsurface distributor with locations in Montréal, St-Hyacinthe, Sherbrooke, Blainville, St-Bruno, Québec City and Gatineau, so you can put your new skills to work right away.
