EverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and pavement maintenance company. We provide high-quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, parkades and warehouses, plus asphalt crack filling, epoxy floor coatings, athletic court coatings and lines, and parking block installation.

We are seeking an Estimator for our Calgary team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Estimator will prepare accurate material takeoffs from blueprints and specifications for commercial line painting and coatings projects.

What you’ll do:

– Review project drawings, specifications, addenda, schedules, and tender documents

– Complete detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial line painting and coatings projects

– Prepare accurate cost estimates using company tools, software, and procedures

– Evaluate scope requirements, site conditions, schedules, exclusions, alternates, and risk items

– Request and analyze competitive supplier and subcontractor pricing

– Track critical bid deadlines, site visit dates, and overall tender status

– Support post-award handoff to the operations team

What you bring:

– 3 to 5 years in a construction or trade estimating role

– Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural drawings, specifications and tender documents

– Strong computer skills; experience with Bluebeam is an asset

– Ability to manage multiple tenders, priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year. Opportunity for hybrid work from home schedule, if desired.
