Painter/Plasterer

Oram’s Estates is seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer and Painter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial work, with a strong focus on finishing. This role requires excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

Duties:

• Apply plaster and other finishing materials to interior and exterior surfaces using hand tools and power tools
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing damaged areas prior to application
• Mix plaster and other compounds accurately according to specifications
• Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with original surfaces
• Coordinate with carpenters, painters, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction with a focus on plastering
• Knowledge of construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, and industrial painting is a plus
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
