Coatings Applicator / Installer

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Coatings Applicator / Installer to join our team. This role involves the application of epoxy and other specialized coating systems on concrete surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing, painting, or the installation of waterproofing membrane systems and be comfortable working in a hands-on, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Work efficiently as part of a crew in a team-oriented environment

– Prepare concrete surfaces prior to coating application

– Apply epoxy and other coating systems according to project specifications

– Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and application equipment

– Maintain accurate records of materials applied and quantities used

– Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

– Experience using hand tools and power tools

– Ability to operate and maintain application equipment and machinery

– Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

– Physically capable of performing manual labour

– Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team

– Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Preferred Experience

– Experience in concrete finishing or surface preparation

– Background in commercial or industrial painting

– Experience installing waterproofing or protection membrane systems

Compensation & Benefits

– Hourly wage: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as required
