Concrete/Coatings Installer

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician with lead hand, foreman or leadership experience to join our team. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing various floor and drain systems in the field. This role requires a technical background in concrete work and the ability to work as a leader and team player.

Responsibilities

– Execute and carry out concrete, industrial flooring and drain projects and project related tasks

– Troubleshoot technical issues for equipment, products, logistics or site related challenges

– Conduct regular inspections on equipment and tools to ensure they are functioning properly

– Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

– Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Requirements

– Proficiency in concrete work, cutting and removal

– Knowledge of industrial floor coatings and concrete surface preparation

– Ability to maintain safe work policies, procedures and practices

– Experience and knowledge with hand tools for mechanical tasks

– Familiarity with computers, architectural and mechanical drawings

– Communication and meeting with management and workers on a regular basis

Preferred Skills

– Certification or tickets in relevant technical fields for concrete or industrial flooring

– Prior experience in a similar field technician role

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
