Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Concrete Coatings Installers / Epoxy Technicians. This role involves hands-on work preparing, restoring, and coating concrete surfaces including garages, driveways, walkways, and patios.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and crack repair
• Install epoxy floor systems, including base coats, vinyl flake, and topcoats
• Apply concrete sealers and protective coatings to driveways and exterior surfaces
• Perform concrete restoration on driveways, walkways, patios, and garage floors
• Operate tools and equipment safely (grinders, pressure washers, vacuums, etc.)
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
• Physically fit and comfortable with labor-intensive work
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous experience in epoxy flooring, concrete work, or construction is an asset (not required)
• Valid driver’s license is an asset

Pay: $21.43-$31.50 per hour. Expected hours: 25-40 per week. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Work Location: In person.
